What Type of Information We Collect

The server on which the Web Site is located collects and saves only the information customarily logged by web server software. Such information may include the date and time of your visit, the originating IP address, and the pages and images requested. If you are a Cellphone user who chooses to Join or otherwise complete an application we will ask you for your Name, Postal Code, Cellphone Number and Carrier and desired property information. If you are a Real Estate professional who places an order to become a business Member we will ask you for contact information like your Name, Company Name and Address, Telephone Numbers, Email Address and your Credit Card or Bank details in order to fulfill a Membership application. We do not sell, trade or otherwise release your personal information to any third party other than our Members participating in this service and/or their affiliate agents or brokers. By completing a User application you are explicitly consenting to being contacted by one or more of our Members. The desired property financial information that is collected is used solely by our Members for the purpose of better serving the User's request. This web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. No party outside of our staff or contractors and our Members has access to any of the information collected on our site. All personal information that is collected is kept in a secure location and to the best of our ability is not accessible by anyone other than our staff and contractors.

Children's Issues

The Web Site is not directed to children under eighteen (18) years of age, and children under such age must not use the web site or services offered on it to submit any individually identifiable information about themselves.

In the contract that parties agree contract privacy policy construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and it is agreed that any such disputes arising from the terms and conditions shall have their exclusive jurisdiction and venue within the district courts in the State of Colorado.
